The Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets (Brooklet, GA) basketball knocked off the host Wayne County Yellow Jackets (Jesup, GA), 62-50 in Tuesday's league test.
The Yellow Jackets (13-10) will now prepare for their test against Islands (Savannah, GA). The Sharks go into the AAAA Region 3 test with a 7-14 record. In their last test, Islands went down by Burke County (Waynesboro, GA), 76-56, in a league test.
The Yellow Jackets now own a 6-19 record. They play next when they host Islands for a non-league test on Monday, February 12. Wayne County will encounter a Sharks squad coming off a 58-41 non-league win over Memorial Day (Savannah, GA). The Sharks record now stands at 9-14.
