With the victory, Southwest Georgia Academy improves its record to 10-12 on the campaign. The Warriors host Terrell Academy (Dawson, GA) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 8. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 10-11. Terrell Academy won 67-58 in their recent league challenge against Tiftarea Academy (Chula, GA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Georgia Christian Generals (Valdosta, GA) in a GIAA AA Region 3 challenge, on Friday, February 9. Westwood will attempt to improve on its 7-16 season record. The Generals come into the challenge with a 15-5 record after their 48-41 non-league win over Tiftarea Academy (Chula, GA).
