The Wayland Academy Big Red (Beaver Dam, WI) basketball knocked off the visiting Valley Christian Warriors (Oshkosh, WI), 69-50 in Tuesday's league test.

The Big Red (3-12) will now prepare for their test against Horicon (Horicon, WI). The Marshmen go into the Trailways - East test with a 15-4 record. In their last test, Horicon notched a victory over Lomira (Lomira, WI), 73-58, in a non-league test.

The Warriors now own a 2-17 record. They play next when they travel to Dodgeland for a Trailways - East test on Thursday, February 8. Valley Christian will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 62-53 league loss to Central Wisconsin Christian (Waupun, WI). The Trojans record now stands at 12-7.
