The Woodson Cavaliers basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the visiting Fairfax Lions to 34 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cavaliers now sport a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host South County for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Woodson will battle a Stallions team coming off a 38-30 non-league loss to Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA). The Stallions record now stands at 7-5.
The Lions (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Bruins come into the non-league contest with a 0-10 record.
