The Anderson Titans basketball team (Southgate, MI), was overwhelmed 47-13 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Roosevelt Bears (Wyandotte, MI)

The Bears now possess a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodhaven for a Downriver battle on Friday, February 9. Roosevelt will battle a Warriors team coming off a 55-24 league win over Taylor (Taylor, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 9-5.

The Titans (1-13) will now prepare for their battle against Edsel Ford (Dearborn, MI). The Thunderbirds come into the Downriver battle with a 5-9 record. In their last battle, Edsel Ford was overwhelmed by Carlson (Gibraltar, MI), 57-17, in a league battle.
