Baldwin Bulldogs (Baldwin, KS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Paola Panthers (Paola, KS), 61-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Baldwin upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Bulldogs host Royal Valley (Hoyt, KS) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-11. Royal Valley won 38-30 in their recent non-league bout against Jefferson West (Meriden, KS)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Eudora Cardinals (Eudora, KS) in a Frontier bout, on Friday, February 9. Paola will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 49-47 non-league loss to Ottawa (Ottawa, KS).
