Georgia High School Basketball - Long County nudges Beach

In Tuesday's league outing, the Long County Blue Tide (Ludowici, GA) basketball squad nipped the host Beach Bulldogs (Savannah, GA), by a margin of 57-54.

The Blue Tide (10-13) will now prepare for their outing against Liberty County (Hinesville, GA). The Panthers go into the AAA Region 3 outing with a 8-13 record. In their last outing, Liberty County got by Johnson (Savannah, GA), 38-36, in a league outing.

The Bulldogs now own a 11-13 record. They play next when they host Savannah Country Day for a AAA Region 3 outing on Friday, February 9. Beach will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 55-49 league win over Calvary Day (Savannah, GA). The Hornets record now stands at 17-5.
