The Beal City Aggies basketball team (Mt. Pleasant, MI), was overwhelmed 63-35 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Lake City Trojans (Lake City, MI)

The Trojans now possess a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roscommon for a Highland battle on Friday, February 9. Lake City will battle a Bucks team coming off a 38-36 league win over McBain (McBain, MI). The Bucks record now stands at 11-4.

The Aggies (6-11) will now prepare for their battle against Houghton Lake (Houghton Lake, MI). The Bobcats come into the Highland battle with a 1-13 record. In their last battle, Houghton Lake was overwhelmed by Northern Michigan Christian (McBain, MI), 45-40, in a league battle.
