The Bismarck Lions (Bismarck, AR) basketball nipped the visiting Prescott Curley Wolves (Prescott, AR), 51-44 in Tuesday's league test.
The Lions (12-14) will now prepare for their test against Centerpoint (Amity, AR). The Knights go into the 3A Region 7 test with a 19-6 record. In their last test, Centerpoint got by Genoa Central (Texarkana, AR), 59-22, in a league test.
The Curley Wolves now own a 4-14 record. They play next when they travel to Fouke for a 3A Region 7 test on Friday, February 9. Prescott will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 61-56 league win over Jessieville (Jessieville, AR). The Panthers record now stands at 29-0.
