Minnesota High School Basketball - Fergus Falls knocked off by Brainerd

The Brainerd Warriors basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Fergus Falls Otters to 50 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Moorhead for a AAAA Section 8 contest on Thursday, February 8. Brainerd will battle a Spuds team coming off a 49-48 non-league loss to Spirit Lake (Spirit Lake, IA). The Spuds record now stands at 5-15.
The Otters (13-8) will now prepare for their contest against St. Cloud Cathedral (St. Cloud, MN). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 17-23 record. In their last contest, St. Cloud Cathedral ran past Melrose (Melrose, MN), 54-49, in a league contest.
