Arkansas High School Basketball - Pocahontas knocked off by Brookland

The Brookland Bearcats basketball team scored 34 points and held the visiting Pocahontas Redskins to 24 in the Bearcats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bearcats now sport a 21-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trumann for a 4A Region 3 contest on Friday, February 9. Brookland will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 86-39 league loss to Forrest City (Forrest City, AR). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-18.
The Redskins (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against Westside (Jonesboro, AR). The Warriors enter the 4A Region 3 contest with a 12-7 record.
