Browning Indians (Browning, MT) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Whitefish Bulldogs (Whitefish, MT), 72-70 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Browning upgrades its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Columbia Falls (Columbia Falls, MT) to play the Wildcats in a A Northwest bout on Friday, February 9. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 8-8. Columbia Falls won 52-40 in their recent league bout against Polson (Polson, MT)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Libby Loggers (Libby, MT) in a A Northwest bout, on Thursday, February 8. Whitefish will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Loggers come into the bout with a 1-13 record after their 35-30 league loss to Polson (Polson, MT).
