Connecticut High School Basketball - Law can't hold off Cheshire

The Law Lawmen basketball team (Milford, CT), was nudged 44-42 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Cheshire Rams (Cheshire, CT)
The Rams now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Haven for a Southern Connecticut - Housatonic battle on Thursday, February 8. Cheshire will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 60-54 non-league win over North Branford (North Branford, CT). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 8-9.
The Lawmen (9-9) will now prepare for their outing against Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT). The Trojans go into the Southern Connecticut - Oronoque outing with a 9-9 record. In their last outing, Lyman Hall held off Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT), 46-41, in a non-league outing.
