Kansas High School Basketball - Iola can't hold off Prairie View

The Prairie View Buffalos basketball team scored 30 points and held the host Iola Mustangs to 25 in the Buffalos non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Buffalos now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burlington for a Pioneer contest on Friday, February 9. Prairie View will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 43-29 non-league loss to Wellsville (Wellsville, KS). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-9.
The Mustangs (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Anderson County (Garnett, KS). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 14-1 record. In their last contest, Anderson County nudged Osawatomie (Osawatomie, KS), 83-12, in a non-league contest.
