Georgia High School Basketball - Twiggs County ripped by Johnson County

The Johnson County Trojans basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Twiggs County Cobras to 17 in the Trojans league triumph on Tuesday.
The Trojans now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Metter for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Johnson County will battle a Tigers team coming off a 67-20 non-league win over Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 15-4.
The Cobras (3-21) will now prepare for their contest against Hancock Central (Sparta, GA). The Bulldogs enter the A D2 Region 5 contest with a 4-15 record. In their last contest, Hancock Central was routed by Johnson County (Wrightsville, GA), 68-43, in a league contest.
