With the victory, Liberty County improves its record to 8-13 on the campaign. The Panthers host Long County (Ludowici, GA) to confront the Blue Tide in a AAA Region 3 challenge on Friday, February 9. The Blue Tide come into the challenge with a record of 10-13. Long County won 57-54 in their recent league challenge against Beach (Savannah, GA)

Next up, the Atomsmashers confront the Groves Rebels (Garden City, GA) in a AAA Region 3 challenge, on Friday, February 9. Johnson will attempt to improve on its 14-8 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 1-23 record after their 47-42 league loss to Savannah Christian (Savannah, GA).
