Lake Hamilton Wolves (Pearcy, AR) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Lakeside Rams (Hot Springs, AR), 56-55 in a league bout.

With the victory, Lake Hamilton upgrades its record to 17-6 on the campaign. The Wolves host Vilonia (Vilonia, AR) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 17-6. Vilonia won 51-28 in their recent league bout against Beebe (Beebe, AR)

Next up, the Rams play the Sheridan Yellowjackets (Sheridan, AR) in a 5A South bout, on Friday, February 9. Lakeside will attempt to upgrade on its 15-9 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a 15-7 record after their 66-26 league win over El Dorado (El Dorado, AR).
