Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Loretto Mustangs (Loretto, TN) and the host Mt. Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, TN), saw Loretto's basketball squad wallop Mt. Pleasant by a tally of 72-26.

With the victory, Loretto improves its record to 21-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Richland (Lynnville, TN) to confront the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 8. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 18-5. Richland won 55-20 in their recent league challenge against Culleoka (Culleoka, TN)

Next up, the Tigers confront the Summertown Eagles (Summertown, TN) in a 2A District 10 challenge, on Thursday, February 8. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to improve on its 5-18 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 22-5 record after their 87-19 league win over Lewis County (Hohenwald, TN).
