In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Rhea County Golden Eagles basketball team scored a good 53-41 triumph over the Loudon Redskins.
In their next game, the Golden Eagles meet the McMinn County Cherokees (Athens, TN) in a 4A District 5 match, on Thursday, February 8. Rhea County will attempt to better on its 13-14 season record.
With the defeat, Loudon moves to 7-10 on the year. The Redskins travel to Lenoir City (Lenoir City, TN) to meet the Panthers in a 3A District 5 match on Friday, February 9. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 6-13. Lenoir City won 60-31 in their recent non-league match against Greenback (Greenback, TN)
