Michigan High School Basketball - Southfield Christian knocked off by Lutheran Northwest

The Lutheran Northwest Crusaders basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Southfield Christian Eagles to 29 in the Crusaders league triumph on Tuesday.
The Crusaders now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oakland Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Lutheran Northwest will battle a Lancers team coming off a 47-26 league loss to Inter-City Baptist (Allen Park, MI). The Lancers record now stands at 8-6.
The Eagles (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Clarenceville (Livonia, MI). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Clarenceville ran past Novi Christian Academy (Novi, MI), 63-22, in a non-league contest.
