The Manawa Wolves basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Shiocton Chiefs to 38 in the Wolves league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wolves now sport a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bonduel for a Central Wisconsin - East contest on Friday, February 9. Manawa will battle a Bears team coming off a 78-33 league win over Weyauwega-Fremont (Weyauwega, WI). The Bears record now stands at 21-2.

The Chiefs (5-17) will now prepare for their contest against Iola-Scandinavia (Iola, WI). The Thunderbirds enter the Central Wisconsin - East contest with a 0-22 record. In their last contest, Iola-Scandinavia was nudged by Amherst (Amherst, WI), 67-29, in a league contest.
