Manhattan Indians (Manhattan, KS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Topeka Trojans (Topeka, KS), 55-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Manhattan upgrades its record to 10-7 on the season. The Indians travel to Junction City/St. Xavier (Junction City, KS) to play the Bluejays in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Bluejays go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Junction City/St. Xavier lost 49-11 in their recent non-league bout against Washburn Rural (Topeka, KS)

Next up, the Trojans play the Emporia Spartans (Emporia, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 9. Topeka will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 13-1 record after their 44-32 non-league win over Hayden (Topeka, KS).
