The St. Michael-Albertville Knights basketball team (Albertville, MN), was nudged 62-55 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN)

The Skippers now possess a 19-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maple Grove for a non-league battle on Friday, February 9. Minnetonka will confront a Crimson team coming off a 71-49 non-league win over Andover (Andover, MN). The Crimson record now stands at 18-3.

The Knights (16-5) will now prepare for their battle against Buffalo (Buffalo, MN). The Bison come into the AAAA Section 8 battle with a 3-18 record. In their last battle, Buffalo was nudged by Wayzata (Plymouth, MN), 86-32, in a league battle.
