Oak Grove Grizzlies (Winston-Salem, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC), 64-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Oak Grove upgrades its record to 19-2 on the season. The Grizzlies host Central Davidson (Lexington, NC) to clash with the Spartans in a 3A Mid-Piedmont bout on Friday, February 9. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 14-8. Central Davidson lost 42-41 in their recent league bout against North Davidson (Lexington, NC)

Next up, the Timberwolves clash with the Asheboro Blue Comets (Asheboro, NC) in a 3A Mid-Piedmont bout, on Friday, February 9. Montgomery Central will attempt to upgrade on its 14-3 season record.
