With the victory, Morro Bay improves its record to 19-6 on the campaign. The Pirates host Santa Maria (Santa Maria, CA) to confront the Saints in a Sunset challenge on Thursday, February 8. The Saints come into the challenge with a record of 14-13. Santa Maria lost 51-46 in their recent league challenge against Mission College Prep (San Luis Obispo, CA)

Next up, the Tigers confront the Cabrillo Conquistadores (Lompoc, CA) in a Sunset challenge, on Friday, February 9. San Luis Obispo will attempt to improve on its 12-14 season record. The Conquistadores come into the challenge with a 18-6 record after their 44-36 league win over Paso Robles (Paso Robles, CA).
