Murray County Indians (Chatsworth, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host North Murray Mountaineers (Chatsworth, GA), 60-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Murray County upgrades its record to 18-6 on the season. The Indians travel to Fannin County (Blue Ridge, GA) to clash with the Rebels in a AA Region 7 bout on Friday, February 9. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 15-7. Fannin County won 57-34 in their recent league bout against Haralson County (Tallapoosa, GA)

Next up, the Mountaineers clash with the Fannin County Rebels (Blue Ridge, GA) in a AA Region 7 bout, on Saturday, February 10. North Murray will attempt to upgrade on its 12-10 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 15-8 record after their 63-50 league loss to Murray County (Chatsworth, GA).
