The Nashua-Plainfield Huskies (Nashua, IA) basketball knocked off the visiting North Butler Bearcats (Greene, IA), 42-33 in Tuesday's league test.

The Huskies (6-15) will now prepare for their test against Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA). The Rebels go into the non-league test with a 13-9 record. In their last test, Gladbrook-Reinbeck notched a victory over Union (La Porte City, IA), 56-23, in a non-league test.

The Bearcats now own a 3-18 record. They play next when they host Newman Catholic for a non-league test on Thursday, February 8. North Butler will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 49-38 non-league win over Dunkerton (Dunkerton, IA). The Knights record now stands at 14-7.
