North Carolina High School Basketball - Northampton County trounces Warren County

February 6, 2024: Gaston, NC 27832

The Northampton County Jaguars (Gaston, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Warren County Eagles (Warrenton, NC), 64-17 in Tuesday's league test.

The Jaguars (15-3) will now prepare for their test against Roanoke Rapids (Roanoke Rapids, NC). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league test with a 4-12 record. In their last test, Roanoke Rapids was trounced by Rocky Mount (Rocky Mount, NC), 85-13, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 5-12 record. They play next when they host Wilson Prep for a 1A Tar Roanoke test on Thursday, February 8. Warren County will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 0-0 league KIPP Pride (Gaston, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 4-15.
