Ouachita Christian Eagles (Monroe, LA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host St. Frederick Warriors (Monroe, LA), 50-14 in a league bout.

With the win, Ouachita Christian upgrades its record to 19-8 on the season. The Eagles host Lincoln Prep (Grambling, LA) to play the Panthers in a 1A District 2 bout on Thursday, February 8. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 9-17. Lincoln Prep lost 66-54 in their recent league bout against Cedar Creek (Ruston, LA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Cedar Creek Cougars (Ruston, LA) in a 1A District 2 bout, on Thursday, February 8. St. Frederick will attempt to upgrade on its 4-15 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 15-11 record after their 66-54 league win over Lincoln Prep (Grambling, LA).
