The Pope John XXIII basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Randolph Rams to 40 in the non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The now sport a 18-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pequannock for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 8. Pope John XXIII will meet a Golden Panthers team coming off a 45-41 league loss to Hanover Park (East Hanover, NJ). The Golden Panthers record now stands at 12-6.
The Rams (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Morristown (Morristown, NJ). The Colonials enter the Northwest Jersey - American contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, Morristown was outscored by Chatham (Chatham, NJ), 48-43, in a league contest.
