In Tuesday's league outing, the River Mill Jaguars (Graham, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Southern Wake Academy Lions (Holly Springs, NC), by a margin of 55-9.
The Jaguars (9-13) will now prepare for their outing against Franklin Academy (Wake Forest, NC). The Patriots go into the non-league outing with a 10-11 record. In their last outing, Franklin Academy smashed Research Triangle (Research Triangle Park, NC), 50-30, in a league outing.
The Lions now own a 0-18 record. They play next when they travel to Chatham Charter for a 1A Central Tar Heel outing on Friday, February 9. Southern Wake Academy will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 56-35 league win over Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC). The Knights record now stands at 19-1.
