The Sierra Stallions basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host Sand Creek Scorpions to 7 in the Stallions non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Stallions now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Elizabeth for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 8. Sierra will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 38-34 league win over The Classical Academy (Colorado Springs, CO). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-4.
The Scorpions (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Falcon (Falcon, CO). The Falcons come into the contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Falcon triumphed over The Classical Academy (Colorado Springs, CO), 41-25, in a league contest.
