The Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC), 37-31 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Knights (8-4) will now prepare for their test against South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Sabres go into the test with a 8-11 record. In their last test, South Mecklenburg was tipped by Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC), 53-29, in a non-league test.
The Mustangs now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Olympic for a non-league test on Friday, February 9. Myers Park will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 38-33 league loss to Palisades (Charlotte, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 3-8.
