The T.C. Roberson Rams basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Asheville Cougars to 43 in the Rams non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Rams now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Enka for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 7. T.C. Roberson will battle a Jets team coming off a 59-24 non-league loss to McDowell (Marion, NC). The Jets record now stands at 4-9.
The Cougars (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against McDowell (Marion, NC). The Titans come into the non-league contest with a 16-0 record. In their last contest, McDowell edged Hibriten (Lenoir, NC), 55-12, in a non-league contest.
