The Eastern Guilford Wildcats (Gibsonville, NC) basketball felled the host Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC), 59-42 in Tuesday's league test.
The Wildcats (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Storm go into the non-league test with a 6-11 record. In their last test, Southern Guilford went down by Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC), 50-37, in a non-league test.
The Camels now own a 1-18 record. They play next when they travel to Northeast Guilford for a non-league test on Friday, February 9. Atkins will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 42-40 non-league loss to Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Rams record now stands at 13-3.
