West Point Pointers (West Point, VA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Charles City Panthers (Charles City, VA), 46-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, West Point upgrades its record to 9-9 on the season. The Pointers travel to Colonial Beach (Colonial Beach, VA) to clash with the Drifters in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 7. The Drifters go into the bout with a record of 0-9. Colonial Beach lost 49-23 in their recent non-league bout against Northumberland (Heathsville, VA)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the King & Queen Central Royal Tigers (King & Queen Court House, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 8. Charles City will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record.
