The East Rowan Mustangs basketball team (Salisbury, NC), was nudged 54-52 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC)

The Trojans now possess a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carson for a non-league battle on Friday, February 9. Northwest Cabarrus will confront a Cougars team coming off a 52-47 non-league loss to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 3-10.

The Mustangs (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against Carson (China Grove, NC). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 3-10 record.
