The West Stanly Colts basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Forest Hills Yellow Jackets to 24 in the Colts non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Colts now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anson for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. West Stanly will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 63-27 non-league loss to Monroe (Monroe, NC). The Bearcats record now stands at 12-6.

The Yellow Jackets (2-14) will now prepare for their match against Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cougars enter the non-league match with a 1-13 record. In their last match, Central Academy was routed by Piedmont (Monroe, NC), 39-23, in a non-league match.
