California High School Basketball - Fremont can't hold off Saratoga

The Saratoga Falcons basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Fremont Firebirds to 60 in the Falcons league triumph on Tuesday.
The Falcons now sport a 12-10 record. They play next when they host Monta Vista for a bout on Thursday, February 8. Saratoga will play a Matadors squad coming off a 58-52 league loss to Lynbrook (San Jose, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 16-5.
Next up, the Firebirds play the Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA) in a bout, on Thursday, February 8. Fremont will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 15-6 record after their 52-33 league win over Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA).
