Reed Raiders (Sparks, NV) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV), 60-59 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Reed upgrades its record to 12-12 on the campaign.

Next up, the Grizzlies play the Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 9. Galena will attempt to upgrade on its 12-12 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 9-12 record after their 75-41 league loss to Douglas (Minden, NV).
