The Goldsboro Cougars basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Princeton Bulldogs to 41 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cougars now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Johnston for a contest on Friday, February 9. Goldsboro will meet a Panthers team coming off a 41-21 non-league loss to Beddingfield (Wilson, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 7-10.
The Bulldogs (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Spring Creek (Seven Springs, NC). The Gators enter the non-league contest with a 0-16 record.
