The Thomas Dale Knights basketball team scored 35 points and held the visiting Matoaca Warriors to 32 in the Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Knights now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hopewell for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Thomas Dale will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 56-52 non-league loss to Petersburg (Petersburg, VA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-8.
The Warriors (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against Prince George (Prince George, VA). The Royals enter the non-league contest with a 7-5 record.
