In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Potosi Trojans basketball team scored a big 87-46 triumph over the Arcadia Valley Tigers.
The Trojans (14-3) will now prepare for their contest against Kingston (Cadet, MO). The Cougars go into the non-league contest with a 9-12 record. In their last contest, Kingston smashed Valley (Caledonia, MO), 48-43, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers confront the Ste. Genevieve Dragons (Ste. Genevieve, MO) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 8. Arcadia Valley will attempt to better on its 7-13 season record. The Dragons go into the contest with a 9-8 record after their 66-63 league win over North County (Bonne Terre, MO).
