The Ascent Classical Academy Guardians (Lone Tree, CO) basketball crushed the host Monument Academy Lynx (Monument, CO), 46-15 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Guardians now possess a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to Rocky Mountain Lutheran for a non-league bout on Friday, February 7. Ascent Classical Academy will play a Eagles team coming off a 57-51 league win over Mile High Academy (Denver, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 3-11.
With the loss, Monument Academy falls to 0-12 on the campaign. The Lynx travel to Kiowa (Kiowa, CO) to play the Indians in a 2A Black Forrest bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 5-11. Kiowa lost 49-35 in their recent non-league bout against Genoa-Hugo/Karval (Hugo, CO)
