The Centreville Wildcats basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host Oakton Cougars to 64 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.

The Wildcats now possess a 11-10 record. They play next when they host Chantilly for a District 1 game on Tuesday, February 11. Centreville will confront a Chargers team coming off a 71-47 league loss to Westfield (Chantilly, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 8-13.

With the loss, Oakton falls to 9-9 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to James Madison (Vienna, VA) to confront the Warhawks in a District 1 game on Tuesday, February 11. The Warhawks go into the game with a record of 8-12. James Madison lost 49-30 in their recent league game against South Lakes (Reston, VA)
