The Corbin Redhounds (Corbin, KY) basketball edged the host North Laurel Jaguars (London, KY), 63-58 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Redhounds now possess a 14-8 record. They play next when they travel to Bell County for a non-league bout on Monday, February 10. Corbin will play a Bobcats team coming off a 57-38 non-league win over Knott County Central (Hindman, KY). The Bobcats record now stands at 22-5.
With the loss, North Laurel falls to 14-8 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Jackson County (McKee, KY) to play the Generals in a District 49 bout on Friday, February 7. The Generals go into the bout with a record of 7-10. Jackson County lost 85-66 in their recent non-league bout against Pineville (Pineville, KY)
