North Carolina High School Basketball - Millers Creek Christian bests Cornerstone Christian Academy

February 6, 2025: Statesville, NC 28625

The Millers Creek Christian Lions basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Cornerstone Christian Academy Crusaders to 26 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now possess a 10-9 record. They play next when they travel to Sheets Memorial Christian for a CSAA game on Monday, February 10. Millers Creek Christian will confront a Eagles team coming off a 41-36 league win over Oak Level Baptist Academy (Stokesdale, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 8-11.

With the loss, Cornerstone Christian Academy falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Carolina Christian (Locust, NC) to confront the Lions in a non-league game on Friday, February 7. The Lions go into the game with a record of 1-11.
