With the victory, Whiteville advances its record to 12-7 on the year. The Wolfpack travel to Pender (Burgaw, NC) to meet the Patriots in a 1A/2A Waccamaw match on Friday, February 7. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 5-9. Pender lost 60-54 in their recent league match against Heide Trask (Rocky Point, NC)

The Gators now own a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heide Trask for a 1A/2A Waccamaw match on Tuesday, February 11. East Columbus will meet a Titans squad coming off a 76-70 league win over South Columbus (Tabor City, NC). The Titans record now stands at 12-9.
