Michigan High School Basketball - Engadine sneaks past Mid Peninsula

The Engadine Eagles basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Mid Peninsula Wolverines to 43 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now possess a 1-12 record. They play next when they travel to Newberry for a Eastern Upper Peninsula game on Friday, February 7. Engadine will play a Indians team coming off a 52-43 league win over Cedarville (Cedarville, MI). The Indians record now stands at 8-6.
With the loss, Mid Peninsula falls to 0-12 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Big Bay de Noc (Cooks, MI) to play the Black Bears in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. The Black Bears go into the game with a record of 6-10. Big Bay de Noc lost 62-44 in their recent non-league game against Rapid River (Rapid River, MI)
