Michigan High School Basketball - Inter-City Baptist knocks off Roeper

In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Inter-City Baptist Chargers basketball team scored a good 66-48 win over the Roeper Roughriders.
The Chargers (17-2) will now prepare for their contest against Oakland Christian (Auburn Hills, MI). The Lancers come into the Michigan Independent - Blue contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Oakland Christian was topped by Plymouth Christian Academy (Canton, MI), 67-57, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Roughriders battle the Everest Collegiate (Clarkston, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 7. Roeper will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record. The come into the challenge with a 16-1 record after their 43-35 non-league win over Shrine Catholic (Royal Oak, MI).
